Lac Viet applies the unifying management process to implement effectively customers’ requirements and expectations followed the CMMI standards.
Phase 1: Envisioning: Professional salesmen and consultants of Lac Viet and customers will clarify and understand well the requirements and expectations of customers. Help customers understand the challenges, risks and benefits achieved in the process of building the information systems to achieve their desires. Assess the feasibility of the project, to raise a financial interest before and after implementing the new system.
Phase 2: Planning: The two parties make detailed analysis of the requirements and describe the requirements, (analytical ideal) name all the conditions and constraints on business and technology in a document called: Requirement table and work schedule attached. At the same time the consultant team will carefully examine the requirements and the current process. On the basis of that, they make a future proposal when using the new system. Analyse the gap between processes that business is implementing in production and business operation at the moment to see how different they are when implementing the new system, describing the reduced working section in a detailed way, the benefits they are brought, and increased working section in the new system. Establish joint projects. Establish project management policies, media, scheme deployment methodology.
Phase 3: Developing: The process with a new system is established and installed for testing by the project team. Configure the system. Write the system configuration documentation, and documentation guiding to use. Build the business scenario, the situation may occur. Classify user groups, including executive management group (group inherits data), the main user groups who establish the system configuration (key user), the end users, system operation group (end user). Organize training sessions for the two former groups according to data compiled suitably for system operation & support the second group (key user) training for end users. Also during this time, the technical advisory group will develop additional features as well as the requirements of the framework of the project scope.
Phase 4: Stabilizing: Running the first test, test results, reconfigure, refining processes. Running the second test, test the effectiveness of new processes and systems - compare the results achieved with the proposed requirements. Overcoming all the points that are not satisfied or optimal. Running formal system, in this stage the consultant team will assist users when needed. Along with the users, test the running official data, comparing the results with the old system, evaluating the results achieved.
Phase 5: Transfering: The deployment consulting division transfers the entire business process documentation, user documentation, project management documentation, specification documents, as well as training IT departments in host corporation and operating the new system itself. During the first official operating system consultant team continues to support the user via phone, fax, email or on-site users to ensure the operating system will work effectively. Customers fully master processes and systems, concluding and drawing lessons after the scheme.
